The package arrived crushed again, which is getting old. Luckily, the items inside mostly made it through okay, but it’s still frustrating to keep dealing with the same issue.

I ran into an issue and tried contacting support, but it took forever to get any kind of reply. I was basically just sitting around waiting with no real help, which was frustrating. Not saying it’s a scam, but when you need an answer quickly and nobody gets back to you, it definitely doesn’t feel great.

My claim got sorted out quickly, and the refund came through without too much of that back-and-forth hassle. Support was clear enough with this and that, so overall it was a easy experience.

I really appreciated that Zipper Shipper showed the shipping cost clearly before I paid. Like... that should be normal, but it isn't always. There were no random extra fees popping up at the end, that was all I was hoping for.

I used zippershipper.com to keep an eye on a package I was waiting for, the tracking was accurate. The updates showed up close to when things were actually happening, which was a nice surprise.

It told me when the parcel moved and when it was out for delivery, which helped a lot because the courier’s own site was slow and kind of vague. I do wish the communication was clearer in a few spots, though, because some of the wording made me second-guess what was actually going on.

Overall, it wasn’t anything fancy, but it did what I needed. I’d probably use it again if I had another shipment to watch, especially if the courier updates were being frustratingly unclear.
